Global Game Jam 2025
Welcome back jammers to the Global Game Jam in Zürich!
Thanks to the great success, amazing games and positive feedback from our 2024 edition, we are more than excited to once again host the external page 2025 GGJ in Zurich. We are looking forward to seeing you all there, no matter if you’re joining for the first time or if you're a seasoned participant!
Everyone aged 18 and above is welcome to join. You can join with an existing team or form one on site. We will have a team forming session after the keynote event for all those still looking for a team or additional team members. We encourage forming teams of at most 5 members.
This event is made possible by the generous contribution of the external page Swiss Game Hub and the University of Zurich external page Digital Society Initiative. It is organized by the Game Technology Center at ETH Zürich in collaboration with the Gaming and Entertainment Committee (GECo) of the VSETH.
Tickets are limited! Entrance is CHF 20 per person. This includes access to the site, free coffee and a free breakfast on Saturday and Sunday.

StuZ hall, CAB building of ETH Zürich (CAB F21)
Universitätstrasse 6, 8006 Zurich
1 minute walk from the ETH/Universitätsspital tram stop (Trams 6, 9, and 10, Night buses N6 and N10).
There is also bike parking available next to the building. Several local take-aways/restaurants and a Coop are within walking distance. HB is reachable within 5 minutes by tram or 10 minutes on foot.
There will also be a bar on site where you can purchase refreshments (non-alcoholic and alcoholic) at a fair price.

Thank you for joining the Global Game Jam 2024 in Zürich!
After a three-year pause the Global Game Jam in Zürich returned from January 26th to 28th, 2024, with a new venue at ETH Zürich.
The jam took place in the StuZ hall, located in the CAB building of ETH Zürich (CAB F21). It was here that sixty talented participants came together and accomplished the remarkable feat of creating fifteen games in just 48 hours!
This event was made possible by the generous contribution of GIANTS Software, and it is organized by the Game Technology Center in collaboration with Dock18 and the Swiss Game Hub.
